Client was seeking to develop and launch a complex business communications mobile service targeting small-to-medium businesses across North America.

MobileFolk scoped, developed, and built a custom mobile communications application (iOS & Android) providing VoIP calling and messaging, a web-based onboarding and account sign-up experience with credit card payment integration, and a web-based account management portal that enabled administrators and users to configure and manage their accounts - including inbound and outbound call and messaging, call reporting, outbound messaging templates, general account settings, and more.
